Using EOBooster.

The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. EOBooster is operated by Joel Montesinos.

Purpose and accuracy

EOBooster organizes information from EOB documents and creates spreadsheet reports. Recognition quality depends on the source and layout. Check uncertain or incomplete extracted fields before relying on a report. The app does not independently verify a practice’s ledger and does not provide clinical, legal, or accounting advice.

Subscriptions and allowances

Monthly subscriptions include up to 150 pages for Starter, 500 for Professional, or 1,500 for Business in the subscription billing period. The price shown by Apple at purchase controls. Page processing requires account authorization and an available allowance. Your subscription does not provide multiple staff accounts or shared practice permissions.

Apple handles payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, and purchase terms. Manage or cancel through your Apple account settings. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends. Expiration does not delete existing locally saved reports; they remain available for reading, correction, and export.

Your documents

You are responsible for having permission to process documents and for protecting your device and exported copies. Optional app locking provides an additional layer of protection. You remain responsible for protecting access to your device and following the privacy obligations that apply to your practice.

Accounts and deletion

Keep access to your sign-in provider and Apple account secure. Subscriptions are bound to the EOBooster account used at purchase. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Restoring a subscription after account deletion may require support to establish ownership.
